Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions explain how DECOVERYY by Drej M Car Sales and Transport Ltd provides recovery, towing, roadside assistance and vehicle transport services. By contacting us, requesting a quote, booking a job or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

DECOVERYY provides 24/7 vehicle recovery, breakdown assistance, accident recovery, towing, non-runner transport, commercial vehicle recovery, auction/dealer collections, national vehicle transport and selected international vehicle transport routes. International work is transport-only and does not include emergency roadside recovery outside the UK.

Pricing and Payment

  • Prices vary depending on the job, vehicle type, distance, location, access, time of day, urgency, tolls and any special requirements.
  • Quotes are provided before work begins where enough information has been supplied.
  • Extra charges may apply for tolls, waiting time, difficult access, storage, recovery from restricted areas or changes requested after booking.
  • Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, card, cash or other agreed payment methods.
  • Payment is normally required before or at completion of the service unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Booking and Cancellation

  • Bookings are accepted by phone, WhatsApp or other direct communication.
  • You must provide accurate pickup and destination details, vehicle information and any known access or safety issues.
  • If you cancel after a driver has been dispatched or after work has started, a cancellation or call-out fee may apply.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a job if it is unsafe, unlawful, impractical or outside our service capability.

Liability

  • DECOVERYY operates with public liability and goods-in-transit insurance for customer peace of mind.
  • We take reasonable care when handling vehicles, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical faults or issues not caused by our work.
  • Claims must be reported as soon as reasonably possible with supporting evidence.
  • Our liability is limited to losses directly caused by proven negligence and excludes indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of use, missed appointments or consequential losses where permitted by law.

Customer Responsibilities

  • You must confirm that you have permission to request recovery or transport of the vehicle.
  • You must provide accurate vehicle details, registration number, location, destination and condition.
  • You must remove valuables, personal belongings and sensitive documents from the vehicle where possible.
  • You must tell us about flat tyres, locked wheels, accident damage, low ground clearance, non-runner status, missing keys, restricted access or any safety risk.
  • Child seats must be provided by the customer where passengers travel with the vehicle.

Vehicle Storage

Where storage is required, charges may apply and must be agreed before storage begins. Vehicles are stored at the owner’s risk unless loss or damage is caused by our proven negligence. Vehicles must be collected or released once payment and collection arrangements are complete.

Journey Recording

Where available, key collection, loading, unloading and delivery stages may be recorded using driver-worn smart glasses and/or vehicle cameras. This supports transparency, peace of mind and evidence at each stage. Footage may be available on request, subject to availability, privacy, security and legal restrictions.

International Transport

International transport may be available for selected routes, including Europe and the Middle East. Unless agreed in writing, customers are responsible for customs paperwork, import/export documentation, border requirements, duties, taxes, permits and any legal compliance connected to the movement of the vehicle.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DECOVERYY will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of income, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of use, missed travel, vehicle depreciation, storage disputes or third-party charges not directly caused by us.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DECOVERYY, its directors, employees and contractors harmless from claims, losses, costs, liabilities and expenses arising from inaccurate information, lack of authority to move the vehicle, unsafe access, unlawful requests, unpaid charges or breach of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms or our services shall be handled by the courts of England and Wales unless another process is required by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version published on this website will apply from the date it is posted.
